CANCELLATION POLICY
- Appointments can be cancelled or re-scheduled before 24 hours prior the appointment time.
- Cancellations or changes made less than 24 hours prior the appointment time will result in a charge of $49 + GST.
- Failure to provide access to the property within 20 minutes of the appointment time will result in a charge of $59 + GST.

Appointments can only be made online through our website. An email confirmation will also be sent to your inbox.
Our booking calendar is always up-to-date and shows availability in real time. At the moment, time slots are only available in the morning or in the afternoon.
In order to secure a time slot specially during busy season, we recommend you to book with us at least one week in advance or as soon as you sign contracts with your seller-clients.
Yes. A travel fee depends the location falls under our service area coverage (click to view service area coverage map).
No fee service areas are Calgary, Cochrane, Airdrie, Chestermere, Bragg Creek, Priddis, Redwood Meadows, Langdon, Okotoks, High River and Millarville, and areas in between.
Appointments outside our service area coverage are charged at a rate of $0.60/km. For an estimate or specific quote, please contact us.
As soon as all media files are complete, we will send you an email notification, which will include an invoice and a Google Drive download link. Please note that full payment is required in order to access all files.
Payments can be made online using PayPal.com or E-Transfer.
Yes we are. We have coverage in place for both Commercial General Liability (CGL) and Errors & Ommisions (E&O).
For appointments that include RMS, photos, and/or virtual tour, our guaranteed turnaround time is within 24 hours.
For marketing, detailed and/or enhanced floor plans, it may take up to 72 hours to complete, depending on the size of the property and number of floors.
Full payment is required before files can be downloaded.
Changing/re-scheduling an appointment can be done online, please see the link provided in your confirmation email.

Exterior: Driveways and the street front of the property cleared of vehicles. Garbage, compost and recycle bins stowed away.
Interior: Blinds and window covers open, toilet seat covers down and all ceiling lights on.
At the time of the appointment our team will shoot (photos & virtual tour) the exterior and interior of the property “as-is”. It is our recommendation to have the property vacated upon the appointment starts. However, if occupants need to be inside, we
kindly ask them to clear the areas where we are working, to avoid distractions and allow the appointment to finish in a timely manner.
