EXTERIOR INSULATION AND FINISH SYSTEMS (EIFS)
EIFS are a class of non-load bearing building cladding systems attached to the surface of exterior walls with adhesive (typically cementitious or acrylic based) or mechanical fasteners. There are a variety of materials and adhesives that can be combined – yielding different results. Although, usually they’re used to provide exterior walls with the proper insulation and water resistant surfaces, resulting in an integrated composite material system.

PRECAST CONCRETE
Typically used within exterior and interior walls, precast concrete is a construction product that is manufactured in a reusable mold. It’s then cured in a controlled environment, transported to the construction site and finally, lifted into place. One of the advantages that precast concrete affords is the opportunity to properly cure while being monitored by plant employees.
