DESIGN & DRAFTING - BUILDING ENVELOPE
EXTERIOR INSULATION AND FINISH SYSTEMS (EIFS)
EIFS are a class of non-load bearing building cladding systems attached to the surface of exterior walls with adhesive (typically cementitious or acrylic based) or mechanical fasteners. There are a variety of materials and adhesives that can be combined – yielding different results. Although, usually they’re used to provide exterior walls with the proper insulation and water resistant surfaces, resulting in an integrated composite material system.
We can provide you with professional layout drawings, as well as detailed shop drawings for exterior insulation and finish systems.
Typically used within exterior and interior walls, precast concrete is a construction product that is manufactured in a reusable mold. It’s then cured in a controlled environment, transported to the construction site and finally, lifted into place. One of the advantages that precast concrete affords is the opportunity to properly cure while being monitored by plant employees.
We have years of experience in this area – providing engineers, architects and precast producers top-tier layout drawings, production drawings as well as connection and erection detail drawings. Adept in 3D modeling, we provide a detailed and accurate layout of the entire building and its prefabricated components.
